Ben met the wrong side of a jungle gym this week. This photo looks good compared to how he looked this morning. Swelling big time with 6 stitches on top and two stitches underneath. Apparently he was cruising fast and ran into the bottom rung at an angle as his cheek is swollen, bridge of his nose across his forehead.

An annual classic event took place in Fargo last night - not sure of the yearly number, but you can bet it's been decades - The El
Zagle Shrine Temple Annual Smelt Fry. I am not a big smelt eater but had my share of the
delicacy. Luckily they had fried
walley which was really tasty. Craig
Lemieux supplied the ticket to a whole group of us. In the photo, Neal Bosch and Steve
Wunderlich.

The El
Zagel Shrine was packed. The old guy counting heads said they were 100 people over the record. All walks of life attend, lots of raffles for half hams and sides of bacon in which none of us won a thing.
Check out the attached link: Lars Ellefson has started a blog. Lars is really into biking and skiing, lives in Durango, CO and will be an interesting read.
