2nd Annual Dick Beardsley Run For Your Life 5k last night. Beautiful evening with over 240 runners participating. I was on lead bike duty which is definately a different way to be involved as I am usually pounding the pavement on my feet trying to run fast.
Dan Seymour is one of the runners that I typically am chasing after. Dan and I have pushed each other hard over the last couple of years which has helped make me a stronger runner.
